I ordered this Goodman outdoor unit along with a matching indoor unit from Amazon.com for my home. The indoor unit was no longer produced, but they found me a comparable downdraft indoor unit (which was actually cheaper even when adding strip heat). Nice and knowledgable staff. Standard delivery. Both outdoor unit and indoor unit work great. I went from R-22 straight a/c with gas furnace to R-410A heatpump with electric back up strip heat. Indoor unit converted easily to downdraft and heat kit was an easy install (I am an HVAC tech BTW). I would definately order from them again. Thanks!
